Our Services

For people who have lost a loved one to homicide

We offer emotional support, counseling, and education to guide individuals through a process of healing after the loss of a loved one to homicide. Our services provide a non-judgemental, safe environment through individual and group counseling, age specific support groups and retreats. This service is available for individuals living in Camden County with a focus on Camden City.

For children who have lost a loved one to an overdose

Our services offer both individual and group counseling for children and families living in Camden, Gloucester, and Essex counties who have experienced the death of a parent due to an overdose or who have experienced substance use in their home. Professionally licensed staff help young people develop resiliency and trust as they cope with the trauma they've experienced. Services are offered both in-home and in community-based settings like schools and recovery centers.

For people who have experienced a traumatic event

Our counselors provide comprehensive, multi-component support and recovery interventions following a traumatic event in schools, community programs, agencies serving youth, and businesses. Center For Family Services can provide on-site support and teach coping skills to help survivors manage their feelings and heal.
