Opportunities for Wellness

Opportunities for Wellness

Opportunities for Wellness serves adults with serious and persistent mental illness who often have a co-occurring substance use disorder and who require more intensive treatment and support services that the standard outpatient mental health program can provide. Services include:

  • Individual, family, and group therapy
  • Structured intensive individualized clinical activities
  • Linkages to safety net services and community resources
  • Financial planning skills development including budgeting
  • Flexibility to schedule based on client's needs
  • Comprehensive psycho social assessment
  • Linkages to continuing clinical services following program completion
  • Psychiatric evaluations
  • Medication monitoring
